We're located on Lambourne Cres, Cardiff CF14 5GL (near Llanishen Park).
Since the programme is custom built around the person's needs, schedule and goals, there are no "standard membership charges" like a regular gym.
During your consultation, we review your history, goals and schedule, then build a plan around you. Once that’s mapped out, we’ll be able to confirm your exact pricing, what results you can expect and who'd you be training with.
We wanted to make this accessible for mums, so our timings are flexible. You get complete access to our timetable (which runs from 6AM - 8PM) and you can pick and choose the sessions that work best with your schedule!
Absolutely. This is a beginner-friendly programme designed for women getting back into fitness or even starting for the first time :)
You're exactly the person for this. All sessions are small, supportive, and coached, and you’ll be doing it with other women of similar fitness levels.
This is a calm, intimate, non-judgmental space where ladies like yourself come to get some time for themselves and work on their goals with a like-minded community :)
